Reviews
The entire staff at Campus Cycles is outstanding! Their knowledge and patience has always gotten my family onto the right bikes with the right gear. Even though we no longer live close to the shop it is still the only place we go. I can’t recommend them enough.
Excellent! It was after 5 on a Monday night, and the only mode of transportation is a bike; which just blew a flat, and we could not get the front tire off the bike! Campus Cycles was open until 6 and they said come on in! They replaced the tube on my front tire for $10 in 10 minutes!!! They continued to educate us about the tires we were using and gave us such a sense of calm and peace that I don't think I'll ever go to another bike shop!!! Thank you Campus Cycles!!!
Old School bike shop, it’s fun simply being there!!
Great employees. Key was my guy. He took great care fitting my bike for my safety and comfort (important due to a significant neck injury).
I’m psyched to visit Campus Cycles for future care of my beloved new bike
The personnel is very knowledgeable and committed to their customers and cycling in general. There's an excellent and complete inventory for all types of two wheel activities. The Fit Shop with Ned Grant is outstanding. I haven't been this comfortable on my road bike, in years, since spending a session with Ned.
Purchased a new Trek on sale through the website. What I picked up was a clearly (well) demoed bike with some damage. Specifically, the pedal looked like it had taken a hit that did some massive damage to the threads on the crank. There was a small amount of damage on the fork and deraileur as well but luckily all cosmetic. Honestly, I should have done a more thorough check - but reviews on here had me feeling pretty confident in the purchase. I got home, saw the 'use' and damage, and took a picture when I swapped pedals. Reached out to customer service via email and never heard a single word back.
The transaction has never felt right and it really sucks having saved up to buy a new bike only to feel like a fast one was pulled.
Buyer beware! Make sure you are actually getting what you wanted / paid for.
One excellent bicycle shop. I found a great group of cycle enthusiasts who provide top of the line products and services. Everyone is warm and caring, wanting you to have the best experience possible with your bicycle. This is my go to shop!
I purchased my Giant mountain bike years ago at Campus Cycles, and I decided to let them figure out the best solution for a flat front tire.
After taking the bike inside the store to the back, I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I should take off the wheel. I was pleased to learn that wasn't needed and right away my bike was placed on a raised rack. I then found out that a puncture proof tube was only $5 more, and the cost for the repair, better tube, and tax was much less than I expected.
I was still learning more about e-bikes in the front, when I was told my bike was fixed and ready to go when I was. My rear tire was also a little low, and the right amount of air was added to that too.
I am pleased to write a letter or review when I go to a business and receive outstanding service, and as I drove home I thought that was a good decision to go back there.
I took my bike in with a few minor problems and they were fixed so easily and quickly. Everyone on the team there was so kind and helpful, and definitely didn't try to oversell me anything, which I always appreciate.
Employee met me outside and took me in to fix a flat immediately at a reasonable cost. All employees were helpful and gave great customer service. I found a bike helmet on sale there too. I may return for a tuneup in the future.
Campus Cycles consistently takes good care of me and my bikes! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. I trust this shop and recommend them to my friends and family.
